I was invited to develop the visual system for the launch of the NSL - Northern Super League 2025. As a brand-new league with freshly unveiled team identities, the goal was to create a cohesive visual language that could introduce this new era with boldness, clarity, energy, and impact across a wide range of applications.
The creative direction leaned into a sleek, vibrant aesthetic, building a flexible system that celebrated the diversity and momentum of the league while giving each team’s identity the space and presence to shine. Designed to scale across broadcast, digital, social, sponsorship, and promotional content, the system established a consistent visual and motion language for the league’s inaugural season.
This project was especially meaningful, not only for its creative scope, but for what it represents: a historic step forward for professional soccer in Canada and a major milestone in elevating the women’s game on a national stage.a
